Angela Stauffer
Vice President of Business Development – Southern Region

Angela Stauffer joined the Pioneer team in October 2021 as the Vice President of Business Development for the southern region. In this role Ms. Stauffer has responsibility for the management and growth of Pioneer’s franchise across the states of Arkansas, Georgia, and Mississippi.

Ms. Stauffer’s 30-year passion for growing business spans four industries, including rail. With experience in both Class 1 and short line rail, she helps companies to improve their supply chains and achieve their initiatives. She has led both organic and inorganic growth efforts and is responsible for the launch of the Wind Energy Services division at Watco Companies. With experience launching new products, services, and her own company, Ms. Stauffer is well equipped to oversee growth efforts for Pioneer Lines in the south.

Ms. Stauffer shares her leadership skills with non-profit organizations in the community. She currently co-leads the Get on Board program for the Junior League of Denver, preparing women to serve on non-profit Boards and then matching them to organizations with specific needs, and is in her fourth year of leadership service with the Toastmaster International organization. She has held prior Board of Director roles with Larimer Arts Association and Cat Care Society.

Ms. Stauffer received a Master of Business Administration from the A.B. Freeman School at Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science, Finance and Russian Language studies from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Ms. Stauffer loves sunny Colorado and the outdoor recreation it offers. She is an avid runner and has crossed the Boston Marathon finish line five times.
